BC Racing Coilover Series Features
BR Series
The BR Series Model is the perfect choice for street driving and the occasional road course or autocross duty. With easily accessible adjustment knobs for fine-tuning compression and rebound, ride height adjustment independent of shock stroke and spring preload, having a performance coilover system has never been easier. The driver chooses how low or high the vehicle sits (no preset ride height here!) and a BC Racing patented concave lower locking ring keeps it locked securely in place. Most systems can be upgraded to pillowball mounts to proved the most feedback possible from the suspension and to sharpen steering response. BC Racing front camber plates also allow a driver to get the perfect alignment setup without compromise. Each of these features is offered, while providing a strong, attractive coilover system at a reasonable price.
General Specifications

** Please note that not all vehicles use camber plates in the front and/or rear. Some vehicles reuse OEM upper mounts.
DS Series
BC Racing's proprietary digressive piston (DS Series) design offers increased damping force at low piston velocities while maintaining a linear damper feel at higher piston velocities. The biggest advantages of increased low-speed damping force to be in terms of what the driver "feels," i.e., roll, pitch, and quick weight transitions seen in chicanes and on Auto-X courses.
For the ultimate in driver feel - choose BC Racing DS Series Coilovers.

ER Series
The ER Series features large external reservoirs front and rear, independently adjustable rebound and compression, plus a mono-tube twin-piston design. The large external reservoirs allow for a higher oil capacity that translates to faster heat dissipation during extended road course use. Additionally, the external reservoirs house the secondary piston, which allows for the independent adjustment of compression, separate from rebound adjustment. The ER Series coilover is the perfect system for the driver who wants to dial in his or her suspension by varying the compression and rebound settings to fit a specific driving style and performance demand.
General Specifications

- Height Adjustment Via Shock Body, Not Spring
- 30-clicks Of Damping Adjustment (Compression/Rebound) Simultaneously
- Front Camber Plates Standard On Applicable Kits
- Rear Camber Plates Standard On Applicable Kits

** Please note that not all vehicles use camber plates in the front and/or rear. Some vehicles reuse OEM upper mounts.
HM Series
The BC Racing HM Series Coilover system offers the same great benefits of the RM Series with the addition of 2-way damping adjustment. Each HM Coilover system offers inverted mono-tube dampers with independently adjustable compression and rebound. The inverted damper design moves vital damper fluid away from detrimental heat sources to avoid overheating, which can cause damper fade under extreme track use. The inverted damper also allows for decreased unsprung weight by moving the majority of the coilover mass up to the chassis where weight can be shaved more easily. With the BC Racing HM Series Coilover System, the external reservoir exits the damper at the top allowing for infinitely variable mounting locations under the hood or in the trunk for easy adjustment at the track. The combination of inverted mono-tube dampers and external reservoirs make the HM Series suited for the most demanding users on the track.
General Specifications
- Inverted Mono-tube Damper With Twin Piston Design
- Height Adjustment Via Shock Body, Not Spring
- 30 Clicks Of Independently Adjustable Compression And Rebound
- Front And Rear Camber Plates Are Standard On All Applicable Kits
- Front And Rear Pillowball Top Mounts Standard Where Camber Plates Do Not Apply
- Custom Valved To Match The Drivers Requested Spring Rates
- Swift Spring Standard On HM Series
- 2 Year Limited Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect
- Fully Rebuildable With All Parts Available For Purchase
** Not all vehicles allow for inverted rear dampers, in such cases an upright mono-tube damper will be supplied where the braided line/hard stem for the external reservoir exits the base of the damper.
** Please note that not all vehicles use camber plates in the front and/or rear. In such cases pillowball top mounts are supplied in place of camber plates. Some vehicles reuse OEM upper mounts.
RM Series
BC Racing's inverted RM Series model includes all of the great features of the BR Series model, then takes everything up a notch. The inverted coilover system moves vital damper fluid away from detrimental heat sources to avoid overheating the fluid which can cause damper fade under extreme use. Inverted dampers handle high lateral loads more efficiently and offer increased durability under extended road course sessions. Other advantages are the reduction of unsprung weight by moving the majority of the coilover mass to the chassis of the vehicle where weight can be more easily shaved. This is a durable coilover setup for those looking to attack a road course, hill climb or tarmac rally.

ZR Series
The BC Racing ZR Series Coilovers bring a 3-way adjustable track ready coilover system to racers from novice to pro for an affordable price that has never been seen in the industry. Each ZR Series Coilover system offers independent low-speed/high-speed compression adjustments and separate rebound adjustment.
On cars with McPherson struts, the ZR Series comes standard with an inverted mono-tube damper. The damper has a steel braided Teflon coated line exiting the top of the damper to the external reservoirs that can be remotely mounted on the chassis for easy adjustment.
Cars with double A-arm suspension come with upright dampers. These dampers have steel braided Teflon Coated lines or solid stem that exit the damper at the bottom and lead to the external reservoir that can be mounted under the chassis or on the shock body itself. The ZR Series offers 30- clicks of rebound adjustment, 15-clicks of low speed compression adjustment and 12-clicks of high speed compression adjustment.

V-Barrel Springs Notice:
Some vehicles OEM (original manufacturer) springs have a "v-barrel" design in the front and/or rear. This means that the spring is wider at the top than the bottom (so the spring is v-shaped when looking at it from the side). Swift springs are not available for the front and/or rear coilovers on vehicles with this OEM spring design, as Swift Springs US
